Property Property Property! It seems we just can’t get enough.

Frances O’Hanlon gives us an independent view on property.

”I would agree depending on an individual’s circumstance. People need to be very much aware of their financial capabilities, as interest rates are most definitely on the rise. This does not seem to have cooled the market place yet but further rate increases will leave people with less disposable income.”

“I fully understand the quandary a First Time Buyer or an Investor face – Will house prices ever level off? Is now the time to get on or move up the property ladder? What about property abroad?”

Frances advises us to stop looking towards the European Central Bank for inspiration. “If you feel it is the right time for you and your finances, then now is as good a time as any to take the plunge. Ultimately that is what we will help you decide by offering you the best rates from the various mortgage providers on the market and looking at any proposal objectively for you. Individuals are individual and everyone’s circumstance is different.”

Frances explains how there are many ways to invest in property.

“For the individual who perhaps has a family home and maybe an investment property and they are looking for another investment, there are many different Property Funds available. This depends on your attitude to risk. Some of these funds boast excellent results to date, but as with everything they can fall as well as rise. As an Independent Broker we have access to all the various Financial Service Providers, plus some alternative options for the more adventurous investor”
